Abstract :
A novel multiband fractal antenna is proposed and designed for wireless applications. The multiband characteristics is exhibited by modifying the Sierpinski carpet fractal structure which result in Broadband characteristics, size reduction and performance enhancement. The proposed antenna covers wireless applications like Wi-Fi, Wi-Max, WLAN, Bluetooth, ISM etc. The designed antenna and its radiation parameters such as return loss, VSWR and radiation pattern are analyzed.
