Abstract :
For Wireless Personal Area Network systems, the cooperation between different users and the coexistence of different piconets are very interesting points to take into consideration for the optimization of high data rate Ultra Wide Band systems. To improve the performance of the Multi Band OFDM, we investigate a new waveform obtained by the integration of an innovative scheme that exploits the user´s channels to guarantee multiple accesses called Channel Division Multiple Access (ChDMA), which employing the channel impulse response of each user as a signature. The analysis is focused on the improvement of the MB-OFDM system in terms of the spectral efficiency. In the proposed model, Nakagami fading distribution has been considered for 802.15.3a channel model which suits for time varying multipath radio environment. The spectral efficiency asymptotic analysis is investigated considering the optimal receiver.
