Abstract :
The paper deals with a value network approach to ICT-assisted augmentative and alternative communication and elaborates on an internal university network, as well as an external network including other stakeholders. The proposed value networks are used for analysing and shaping a competence network for innovative services for persons with complex communication needs. A case study describing and analysing the internal value network at the University of Zagreb and its intangible and tangible values, as well as establishing the corresponding external value network is included.
