Abstract :
In this paper, we consider the problem of delay dependent stability of neutral system with time varying delays. By using an augmented Lyapunov functional, a new delay dependent sufficient stability criterion is obtained in terms of Linear Matrix Inequalities LMIs. The proposed approach involves neither free weighting matrices, nor any model transformation, and it is shown that these criteria can provide less conservative results than some existing ones. Numerical examples are considered to show the efficiency of the proposed stability approach.
