Greeting Message from the Chairs and Co-chairs

The main goal of International Conference on Information Science and Applications (ICISA) is to bring together researchers from academia and practitioners from different industries to share ideas, problems, as well as solutions. This conference will provide many opportunities for researchers to present recent research results and describe emerging technologies, new research problems, directions in information science and applications issues. The conference endeavors to contribute to presenting novel research results in all aspects of information science and applications. International Conference on Information Science and Applications also aimed to meet the demands of the academia and practitioners from related industries, where we believe it is one of the most comprehensive conferences focused on solving problems occurring in industrial computing environments and providing high-demand technology. After successful conferences in Seoul, Jeju, and Suwon Korea, the 4th ICISA conference is held in Pattaya, Thailand with the purpose of fulfilling requests of members from the oversea academia and related industries. The 190 papers present during the conference which were selected from 641 submitted papers related to all main topics of the conference.
