Abstract :
The system aimed at in this study is for high risk group of patients who require continuous medical checkups. For swift alert and informing to medical staff when a patient incurs abnormal medical condition, the system proposed in this study uses acceleration (tangent) algorithm the check any change in patient conditions. The researchers worked to identify any abrupt change by employing a computing formula based on body temperature/pulse/heartbeat/blood pressure measured by PHD, a biometrics measuring device attached to a patient´s body.
