Abstract :
Radars with conventional phased antenna arrays and MIMO radars with narrow receiving beams are considered. The suboptimal simplified algorithm, which provides effective sidelobe interference cancellation, is offered for MIMO radars. If mainlobe interference cancellation is not necessary, joint processing of MIMO radar outputs in Multisite Radar Systems (MSRSs) reduces to known processing in a background of receiver noises. Mainlobe interference cancellation in MSRSs is briefly discussed.
