Abstract :
This paper describes the setup and measurements of a high bandwidth millimeter wave FMCW radar working at 300 GHz. The usable bandwidth of 40 GHz leads to a range resolution of 3.7 mm. Using a turntable configuration, ISAR measurements in a distance of 140 m have been carried through showing very precise details of the investigated objects and persons.
