Abstract :
Under the shadow of economic bubble (EB) threat, development of major cities in the Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomerations (YRDUA) not only depends on the flections of world economy, but also decides on their own resilience. Influencing factors on the YRDUA was large number, even some huge urban agglomerations (UA) was so favorably than some medium-sized countries in the land area, economy total, trade scale and other index. So factors selection and analysis would become an unavoidable problem of UA. Based on factor analysis, 26 indicators were analyzed and built a three level evaluation system (TLES), which were absorptive capacity (AC), resilience capacity (RC), and recover capacity (RC). This TLES would provide a useful attempt to withstand EB for UA.
