  • Abstract
Rural labor force transfer plays a very important role in narrowing urban-rural income gap and promoting regional economic growth, and analyzing and exploring constraints influencing rural labor force transfer is the key in realizing smooth and reasonable surplus rural labor force transfer. On the basis of new economic migration theory, this thesis tries to quantitatively analyze factors influencing peasant households in Heilongjiang province making the decision of transferring labor force from household decision-making angle and in utilizing partial least squares logistic model. The research of this thesis finds final actual land area, family composition and family labor force burden rate have relative significant effects on labor transfer decision-making. Secondary influencing factors are net income of the first industry, family annual net income and average years of schooling, while direct food subsidy rate, distances to the closest country and mechanization have less effect to transfer.
