Abstract :
This paper reviews the recent advances in parametric mixers enabled by a newly developed highly-nonlinear fiber. Precise phase-matching allowed by the new highly-nonlinear fiber enables synthesis of 750-nm tunable, Brillouin-managed parametric response.
