Abstract
In this work, we propose and study a Multi-target model of the methods of intercity rail transit pricing. The model studied in multi-path and multi-mode aims at both high efficiency of travel time and energy consumption. And the operating profit of rail operation organization is considered as the pricing constraints. Finally, we study some economic circle of China as a case. The calculation results demonstrate that the variations of ticket price have significant influence of traffic structure. The result indicates that the system travel time decreasing with the intercity rail transit fare down as well as the system energy consumption. When adjust the intercity rail transit fare to 55.8yuan, in contrast with the initial fare, the system travel time and energy consumption respectively decrease 7.8%and 2.1%.
