The Application of BIM in the Completion Phase

First, it is introduced that the BIM technology in the paper in order to solve the problem of built drawings and the completion of settlement in the completion phase. Then, verifying the feasibility of BIM technology in the completion phase through judging whether that matches two conditions. The first condition is whether the completion model with BIM is integrity or not. The second is the BIM technology has applied to the design and construction phases. Last, the paper proposed a strategy for the built drawing and the completion of settlement in traditional completion phase, based on creating the completion model with BIM and designing the process to the completion of settlement with BIM technology.
