Discussion on TPM Implementation of Performance Measurement through Case Study in Taiwan

Due to the industrial upgrading demands in Taiwan, international competitiveness has also become the pursue goal of domestic industries. Therefore, importing of the equipment management strategy of TPM is highly valued by domestic industries. However, huge manpower and resources are required when importing TPM. Therefore, to understand the key successful factors for an enterprise before importing TPM and to avoid waste of the invested resources after importing TPM has become the main purposes of this research.
