Abstract :
In this paper, we present a new method for designing continuous sliding mode controller (SMC) without chattering for nonlinear non-affine systems. The proposed design methodology suppresses chattering and preserves invariance property of closed loop system completely. So the attractive properties of SMC such as invariance, simplicity in design and concept are preserved.
