Abstract :
In industrial processes management, especially those of great complexity, the aspects of maintaining proper functionality, assuring both quality and continuity, become a priority. In this article we introduce the reader to an on-line monitoring, control and diagnosis system based on artificial intelligence (expert type systems) for fuel bay cooling systems from NPP, which is considered of great actuality if we take in consideration that it is a device based on computer interaction and interaction with the system is provided via keyboards in order to assist operators them in controlling running complex systems. The basis of the entire scaffolding that competed to surveillance, control and monitoring of the systems from NPP is comprised from the acquisition of command devices. On one hand, between the devices enumerated above there is a tight collaboration, information exchange from technological process and on the other hand there exists the possibility of remote control of the technological process.
