Comments on "Overlapped Subarrays: Review and Update" [Education Column]

The author of paper [1] presents a brief tutorial on phased arrays of overlapped subarrays, and gives a review of some recent publications on this subject. Of course, the indicated paper can be useful for students and beginning engineers having no experience in the area in question. However, the author of these comments would like to bring the attention of the author of [1] and of the readers to the existence of some publications having direct respect to the subject of [1] but missed in review there.
