Abstract :
Mobile devices such as notebook PCs and smart phones have drastically changed our lives in these two decades. Mobile display has been the key enabler of the revolutionary changes. The role of mobile display is becoming even more important because it is a live interface that connects people with the world of mobile communications and internet based services. While we see further opportunities for future mobile displays, there are a lot of technical challenges we face in the development.
