Abstract :
This paper investigates the use of fuzzy expert system to help doctors deciding about football player state. In fact, football federation (FIFA) had imposed that every player must have a pre competition medical assessment (PCMA). This application in Tunisia is used to develop a decision making system that decides about eligibility for competitive football. Heart conditions are the main parts of PCMA taking into consideration. Measurements uncertainties are treated using fuzzy logic. Hence, final decision is hence weighted with certitude coefficient that helps in decision making process.
