Abstract :
The following topics are dealt with: ultra-low-voltage electronics; pseudorandom number generator based on the residue number system and its FPGA implementation; radiation response of Al2O3-based MOS capacitors under different bias conditions; self timed audio sigma-delta modulator; design method for an ultra low power, low offset, symmetric OTA; ionizing radiation differential sensor based on thick gate oxide MOS transistors; integrated switched-capacitor FSK demodulator for the transmission of control information to the motor over power lines; programmable gain CMOS photodetector array for a non-diffractive beam optical encoder II; ASIC for isolated power inverters; design and implementation of a measurement unit for laser testing of semiconductor memories; and safe circuit for the measurement of stimuli pulse amplitude in biomedical devices.
