Abstract :
The sources of rapidly varying emission represent the wide branch of astrophysics, which can provide the unique information about the exotic cosmic sources, remote compact areas and the remnants of explosive or dynamic events. These sources also can serve the probes of the interstellar medium due to the propagation effects - dispersion, scattering, and Faraday rotation of polarization plane of linearly polarized radiation in a magnetic field.
