Abstract
In order to solve the time-delay problem of DSP-controlled 400Hz active power filter (APF) of radar. A multi-resolution control strategy was proposed, of which high-frequency control and low-frequency control are selected respectively according to various real-time requirements of different objects. The proposed strategy took best advantage of DSP computation resources to enhance the control frequency to 50KHZ. A prototype was built to demonstrate the feasibility of the 400Hz APF system. The experimental results demonstrate the high speed of dynamic response and the effect of current compensating for 400Hz APF power system of radar.
