Abstract :
This paper deals with the problem of detecting a weak target in compound-Gaussian clutter with inverse gamma texture. An adaptive detector based on two-step generalized likelihood ratio test (GLRT) criterion is presented against this heavy-tailed clutter. The simulation results confirm the effectiveness of the proposed detector.
