Abstract :
The sea clutter simulation scheme is made based on the sea surface model and two-scale scattering model. the amplitude distribution of the sea clutter is analyzed,the result shows that the scheme used in the article could generate suitable sea clutter series,the simulated sea clutter is in accord with statistical properties of real one,the feasibility of the sea clutter simulation which uses the scheme and models in the article is also justified.
