Abstract :
To solve the multi-DSP parallel debugging problems, the paper proposes parallel debugging software in PCI bus-based multi-DSP system. Through the analysis of parallel debugging software problems, the paper puts forward a hierarchical structure of the debugging software, that debugger on the host terminal and the target terminal on different computers. Then it analyses the hierarchical structure in detail. The paper presents a method called dynamic monitor to solve the problem of insufficient resources in the DSP chip. The debugging software is qualified and verified as an effective software on data processing. The test results prove the feasibility of the debugging software.
