Abstract :
A novel multiple target frequency and direction estimation algorithm, based on the single snapshot in frequency domain, is presented in this paper for the monobit digital wideband array receiver. For the optimal array model, the radio frequency array signal is sampled only one bit, i.e. the monobit digital wideband array receiver. By doing with the given monobit digital data, the frequency values and direction angles of the multiple targets can be obtained by the presented algorithm. The performances of multiple signal detection capability, such as independence, correlation and coherent targets, are analyzed by computer simulations. As a result, the simulation shows that the proposed algorithm is feasible, efficient and less sensitive to the random amplitude and phase errors.
