Abstract :
In order to solve the problem of long distance transmission for low rate detection data of LSS-Target (the Low altitude, Slow speed Small Target), development, it presents a new fast method for data synthesis in data transmission system, using this method, an adaptive data synthesis system is designed. The design process is elaborated, and the emphasis is the realizing process to be adaptive. Finally, test indicators are given, which meet the expected designing requirements.
