Abstract :
The tropospheric refraction is a major factors that affect the accuracy of satellite navigation and positioning. Along with the accuracy improved and deep research, there is getting higher quality requirement on the error correction of the tropospheric refraction. For the single frequency receiver, it is difficult to achieve high precision positioning if no measured meteorological parameters and a perfect tropospheric error correction model. This paper briefly analyses the tropospheric delay error effecting on navigation signal in principle. Meanwhile, the simulations of the tropospheric delay model (such as: modified Saastamoinen model, original Hopfield model, modified Hopfield model and UNB3m model) are presented using the measured meteorological parameters of BJFS (The GPS Station in Beijing). Finally, the accuracy of these models is analyzed with the theoretical data of IGS (International GNSS Service), and the result provides an academic reference for model selection in satellite navigation and positioning, which is useful for the correction of tropospheric delay models.
