Abstract :
Results of the analysis of the operation of two-capacitor bridge microelectromechanical transducer (MEMT), converting mechanical vibrations energy into electrical energy, are presented for the conditions of random excitations and taking into account mutual interaction of electrical and mechanical forces. The method for estimation of the MEMT energy characteristics for the case of random excitation is proposed. For two types of excitation source the estimates for the power dissipated on the load are obtained.
