Abstract :
Method for measurement of passive 6-pole element S parameters by triple 12-pole reflectometer is proposed. The method is based solution of equations obtained after measurement of complex reflection coefficients. The problem is not only to obtain the equations but also to determine structural parameters of the meters. In the paper main attention is put to the equations. The calibration of the meters is not considered.
