Abstract :
Formation of perfect centrosymmetrical and noncentro-symmetrical crystals having various polymorphous modifications of potassium nitrate, barium nitrate and Ba(NO3)2-2KNO3 compound in Ba(NO3)2-KNO3-H2O water salt system has been investigated. Noncentro-symmetrical crystals of potassium nitrate and Ba(NO3)2-2KNO3 may be interest in nonlinear optics usage and making of SRS converter of laser radiation has been noted.
