Abstract :
In wireless communications Adaptive algorithms have a wide variety of application areas due to their self-learning characteristics, computational efficiency to the optimal solutions. In digital communications, including channel estimation and equalization LMS algorithm is very well-known adaptive algorithm is used in various applications. In this paper, a Two-way LMS algorithm is proposed for the estimation of fast frequency-selective time-varying channels under various scenarios close to the practical level of complexity of the channel with the promise of better tracking performance and robustness. The results obtained by steady-state MSE performance analysis, experimental bit error rate (BER) results of the proposed algorithm gives the theoretical and experimental evaluation and also provides comparison with existing methods.
