Abstract :
Crossbar mixers in the frequency range from 89 GHz-94 GHz using Schottky barrier beam lead diode were designed, optimized by co-simulation technique and fabricated on 5 mil RT-duroid substrate. The achieved conversion loss of this self bias mixer is 9 dB with 10 dBm LO power. This mixer exhibits excellent LO to RF isolation of the order of 25 dB.
