  • Abstract
    This paper applies the waveguide mode theory to predict the propagation effect of vlf radio wave based on the statistics prediction of earth-ionosphere parameters, which then provides favorable propagation conditions for the system in operation to adjust the variable parameters or abstain from propagation attenuation. Consequently, it can make the system performance match well with the channel characters so as to improve the effectiveness of vlf communication.
