Abstract :
As the structure of power system becomes more complicated and its scale expands constantly, serial processing based Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system can hardly meet future operational requirements, therefore it is an inevitable tendency to introduce cluster technology into SCADA. To meet demand of power grid development, this paper closely integrate newest cluster technology and designing concept, and develop a clustering based SCADA system, which has super-large grid information processing capability and satisfies the technical requirements of super-high capacity, high speed processing and reliable operation, therefore cluster SCADA can effectively prevent the potential dangers like performance reduction and information loss brought by the dramatically increased data scale.
