Abstract :
Two collinear type planar antennas (a dipole antenna and a square spiral antenna) for the 920 MHz band are proposed and examined. From the results, the maximum of the absolute gain is about 3.25 dBi and the non-directional pattern is obtained for the collinear and dipole antenna. Also, the maximum of the absolute gain is about 2.1 dBi and a miniaturized antenna (24 mm (height) × 35 mm (width) × 0.3 mm (thickness)) is realized for the collinear and square spiral type planar antenna.
