Abstract :
The specific power density 1 kW/cm3 of sub-THz-wave emission from plasma in the multi-mirror trap GOL-3 during injection of 0.5 MV, 2 kA/cm2 10-ms-relativistic electron beam (REB) at plasma densities ne ≈ (1-6)·1014 cm-3, electron temperatures Te ≈ 1 keV and magnetic field B ≈ 4 T was measured in the frequency band 200-500 GHz.
