Abstract :
We recently demonstrated terahertz radiation from joule-heated Single Wall Carbon Nanotubes (SWCNTs) whose main defining feature was a broad frequency spectrum mediated by an antenna [1]. In this work, we use such a source in an integrated THz circuit to demonstrate the feasibility of an on-chip spectroscopy system through measurements on Polyhydroxybutyrate (PHB) powder.
