Abstract :
Shielding of electromagnetic transient field requires a correct vision of the coupling mechanism and of fundamental aspects of victim susceptibility. For the design (or the comparison) of a shield (with others) suitable parameters for the measure of the time - domain efficiency are required. In this work, an attempt of introducing new definitions of shielding parameters for time domain applications is presented, stemming from the victim point of view.
