Abstract
A novel Method of Moments approach with the Green´s function of the rectangular cavity is introduced, compared, and validated against the Method of Moments with the free-space Green´s function. The Ewald method is employed to accelerate the computation of the cavity Green´s function. The spectral part of the system matrix is factorized in the spectral domain resulting in a significant reduction in computation time. Results showing the performance and the accuracy of the proposed algorithm are presented. As an application example, the efficiency of a stirrer is investigated.
