Abstract :
The reasons for the growth of interest to information technologies in modern medicine are discussed. The analytical overview and analysis of the various FPGA technologies application in medicine, their problems and prospects are offered. The examples of use the FPGAs in clinical systems and visualization systems are presented. The model, algorithms, and FPGA-based hardware and software for 2D and 3D Electrical impedance tomography (EIT) images reconstruction are described. The results of 2D and 3D conductivity distribution imaging using experimental data are presented.
