Abstract
In this work there are considered some theoretical and practical futures of multicriteria optimization methods application within planning and designing of telecommunication systems taking into account the set of quality indicators. There are presented some results of optimal project decisions choice in a field of planning of cellular networks, optimal routing and choice of the speech codec, controlling network resources.
