Abstract :
The nearest future of Europe depends on 94 million people aged 15-29 years. This is a generation that is living in a new era of globalization requiring mobility and soft skills. It is this generation is most affected by the economic crisis. Ability to do business and employment, along with financial literacy as fundamental pillars of Junior Achievement has never been as important as now. The business education figures at present a number of trends - social entrepreneurship and social innovation, where young people learn to apply their knowledge and skills to solve societal problems, another trend is international business experience, within which young people have the opportunity to experience collaboration with colleagues from other countries to establish a joint business project and the last one is a digital business.
