  • Abstract
    We will present, in this work, SAW devices manufactured on GaN/Si resonating at frequencies working in the microwave frequency range, used as temperature sensors. The very high resonance frequency has as effect an increase of the sensitivity, to a few hundred of kHz/°C. This simplifies the signal processing electronics.
