Abstract :
In accordance with the technology convergence strategy of broadcasting, wired-wireless telecommunication, and open-platform computing, smart TV has emerged as a new media service. In this paper, we propose the method of controlling basic functions of smart TV on web browser and propose personal home screen based on HTML5.
