Abstract :
The equations of energy balance, heat balance, and diffusion heat balance are obtained for The equations of energy balance, heat balance, and diffusion heat balance are obtained for a bipolar semiconductor. The roles of nonequilibrium charge carriers and the recombination in the heat transport are established.
