Abstract :
In this paper, a 110 GHz power splitting/combining network based on waveguide rat-race hybrid is proposed, which has the merits of low insertion loss and excellent consistency in amplitude and phase. The simulation results show that at the frequency 100-110 GHz, the return loss is superior to 20 dB, and the insertion loss is less than 0.5 dB. The measurement results of the fabricated power splitting/ combining network show that at the frequency 105-110 GHz, the return loss is superior to 16 dB, and the insertion loss is less than 3.4 dB.
