Abstract :
This paper presents a hybrid integrated solid-state continuous wave transceiver for speed measuring radar. Center frequency is 94GHz with band width of 1GHz. The test result shows that the transmit output power is greater than 17dBm; receiver gain is greater than 35dB. The passive components such as waveguide to micro-strip transition, LO filter, power divider, have been designed.
