Abstract :
At present, China is experiencing high accidents occurrence: minor and middle degree accidents occurred very frequently while major or disaster accident from time to time. To improve the response speed of supply chain quality, the model of open innovation management on supply chain quality has been gradually adopted by some enterprises. This paper explored how to use QFD to develop/implement quality management of supply chain, from the diversity of supply demand flows of supply chain, probed into its feasibility, quality room design method and quality factors analysis and some innovation management countermeasure.
