Abstract :
The “pressure-conflict” analysis framework and method are applied to interpret the mathematic model and empirical behaviors according to transnational OEM pollution transfer conflict cases. Also, this paper analyze the behaviors, roles, standpoints and attitude evolution rules of relevant decision-making subjects and focus on the analysis on transnational OEM welfare effect analysis to form the qualitative judgment of multi-subject behavioral values. Full-process dynamic reference of conflict management countermeasures is provided to avoid relevant decision-making subjects being stuck in the conflict traps.
